Today's reading and discussion was pp. 43-47 "How Climate Affects Vegetation." We learned that in the different latitude zones there are many different types of vegetation that has to adapt to the climate. We also talked about altitude affecting climate and vegetation. There was a short assignment to complete, which was a chart illustrating the different climate zones and the types of vegetation found there.
